1990 turbo IAC cant figure out how to remove! HELP!

So i can not figure out how to remove the IAC!!! i tried a small screw driver, small ratchet, even customized a hybrid ratchet/screwdriver... I can get the outside nut out but the inside is near impossible to get to. i have searched all over so dont flame me for not looking just a little help would be nice... thanks!

you mean isc for the idle on the throttle body? two small screws.

No the IAC, its right under the throttle body by the EGR valve.
