I just wanted to know what wire you can tap into off of the cas on a 1990 to get an rpm signal.

I also need to know this, as I did tap that white wire into one on the firewall that was after the CAS harness. (didn't want to tap a wire on the CAS harness) but was still the same wire/signal from it.

And thing is I don't think that is supposed to be connected on the 90, but maybe I am wrong?

90's get the rpm signal from the coil.
Theres 4 wires on the plug, I forget which one it is, but one of them supplies the rpm to the tach.
