Ive got a 1990 eclipse gsx, and just recently ive noticed that it was overheating a little, i checked the coolant yesterday and ill be damned if it was almost empty i put atleast a gallon in till it was full and now tonight it checked it (only went about 30 miles) and yet again it is low... no real noticable water spots on the ground or anything?! what do you guys think? headgasket? waterpump? my driveway is gravel so i put down cardboard tonight for a better look to see if it is leaking but any tips/hints would be appreciated!

Yup.. Sounds like a possible head gasket if there isn't a leak elsewhere. see if the coolant looks milky, and smells bad.
