Timmins,
hey everyone new to the site, glad i found it. hoping someone can give me some ideas here

I recently bought a 1990 eagle talon non turbo 2.0 front wheel drive automatic
the bloody thing won't start.

I have fuel at the fuel rail so thats not the problem. my problem is i don't have spark at the plugs.

the coil seems good, but we're not sure. on the cable that goes into the wiring harness. we tested with a voltmeter, only pins 3 and 4 give out any voltage at all, and pin 3 is 13.5 volts and pin 4 is 23 volts. pins 1 and 2 give out nothing. it's frustrating the heck out of me and my g/f's dad. any ideas what would cause this? at all? someone? please?

Here you go man there's really only about 4 things that can cause you dsm not have any spark.

The ecu,cas,transistor,coil

This page should help you

And if after all that it still doesn't work try checking the cas the easiest way to do this is to remove the cas from from the motor and turn it buy hand with the ignition on if you don't here your fuel injectors fire while turning it the cas is junk.
