Ok I have a 1990 gsx and I need to kno what goes to what on the coil pack, is it 3214? Or something else? And when I'm counting the cylinders, which do I choose to start off with? Left or right LOL

Coil order from left to right with the wires facing you: 4,1,2,3
The numerical order of the cylinders starting from the timing belt to transmission goes: 1,2,3,4.
So if you are looking at the motor the cylinders are numbered in this fashion:
----------
[ 4,3,2,1 ]

----------

Your firing on the coil pack is 4-1-2-3 from left to right when you look at it from the driver side looking at the coil pack. And on the head is 4-3-2-1 from passenger to driver side. #1 is the front of the motor, and that is your timing belt side.
