I got my FP Evo 16G turbo a few days ago along with a new set of waterlines (the ones in the t25 were welded do to a leak and I don't want to bend the welded feed line). Looking at the pics below, can you tell me if I bent/installed the lines correctly? And I'm assuming I have to cut the metal piece circled in green right?

Yes the metal peice you have going below the WG neeeds to go above it since the little bracket there is for the j pipe bolt

I just don't see how that bracket can reach the j pipe area. Does anybody have a picture of how it's supposed to go?

The best way is to install the turbo on the car with the water lines installed in what you think is the correct position & then tweek them abit. I thought I had mine setup perfect on the bench but when I installed it in the car the front line was interfearing with the motor mount. I can't remember exactly (its been a while since I installed it) but from what I remember I left the lines where they were (how they were on the t25) & just flipped them (did't swap front with back like rre says) & cut off both brackets. If the above pics don't help I can take some pics of my setup installed.

Edit: It looks like you have them installed them the same way I do. I chose to leave them in the same location (just flipped) as the t25 because the supply one is shorter before the bend so it give you extra room between the exhaust mani once its installed (didn't want to heat up the coolent more then I have too) & the longer return line lines up well under the wg actuator but you will more then likely have to bend it towards the front of the car (when installed) to give clearance around the front motor torque mount. You can do this easily with the turbo on the car, so I think your good to go once you get rid of the brackets.

Just as a side note, keep the boost under 15 psi untill you get your fuel system & you should be fine (re wire the fuel pump first though)

Thanks for all the info and pics. The line between the turbo and engine looks like it's good to go. I'll tweak the other one once the turbo is installed. That way with the intake pipe and j pipe installed, it will be easier to tell which way to route it best. Thanks again for all the help.
