16g internal WG gets hung up

I've been having an ongoing issue with my WG on my 16g. The flapper will get hung up internally. I have seen some issues where the actuator itself needs shimmed or has been bent, but I'm certain this isn't the problem. I've tried hammering the sleeve back in too, but it is in there pretty good and doesn't seem to have any play. Does anybody have any experience with this?

The flapper or the WG itself? if i were you i would disconnect the WG and move the flapper.
