Ok, here's my question. I just put an internally gated 20g on my 93 gsx. I ported the turbine housing so the wastegate flapper door would open at a 90 degree angle. however, I am having trouble getting the actuator positioned so it will extend far enough to open the gate all the way. Anyone with 20g internal gates have pics I can look at? any tips? TIA

Thanks, very helpful. Guess I'll go hunt down some 1/2 inch aluminum to make a plate. dah! it never stops! LOL thanks again. JW... did you rotate the compressor housing at all?

You don't need 1/2", I think ours is 1/4". There's a template at VFAQ you can print. We did have to clock the compressor housing counter-clockwise enough for the actuator rod to clear the housings, which makes it impossible to use the stock fan, otherwise no problems.
