Mississauga,
Im trying to install a 16g in my 2g and its not going as smoothly as id hoped. I did quite a bit of reading on this forum and VFAQ and i cant really find solutions to my 2 questions so here goes:

1.) My T25 had a T fitting between the waste gate and compressor housing. The T fitting went to some sort of sensor (I dont know what it is). Anyways on the 16g im putting a MBC which will fit between the wastegate and j-pipe so im unsure as to what to do with the T fitting line.

2.) The nipple on the 16g wastegate is direclty underneight my intake so if i place a hose on the nipple for my MBC it hits the intake and pinches the line is there a way around this?

thanks

The T goes to the factory boost controller. You need to cap the small nipple on your intake and both nipples on the factory boost controller. All you have to do to find the small nipple is follow the line that comes out of the factory boost controller. Obviosly the actuall T isnt used. What kind of 16g do you have. My wastegate is nowhere near the intake. But in case there is something I missed you can bend the nipple alittle bit.

What kind of mbc are you using? The way i did my vacuum line to the wastegate is i bent the nipple on the actuator down a bit, and then ran the vacuum line around the intake on the side facing the front of the car, and over the top off it. If you get some good quality silicine vacuum line it is less prone to kinking. ^^^It must be a big16g. He's saying the intake pipe(pre-turbo)

yea its the big 16g, I ended up bending the wastegate nipple a little and it seemed to work fine. Also i will cap of the factory boost controller. Thanks for all the help
