tomorrow i will be installing a big 16g on a 95 talon i was wondering if you guys could give me some pointers on what to do...the install kit i bought came with a 1st gen oil return line and a wierd looking line that has bango bolts at both ends.. also im not sure which coolant lines are which? i pretty much need some one to walk me through it any help is appreciated thanks!!!

that post says something about porting??? sounds like something that helps should i do it?? and how do i prime it?? i think i know but im not sure, and do you know what the double banjo line is for??

Prime the turbo before you start the car. That way it will have oil in it and right compression.

Do so by simply just taking off you neg on your battery and turn the car over for just a few seconds. Do this a couple times and your turbo should be primed and ready to run.:thumb:

Whoa, slow the trolly. Porting is something you should practice before doing. It helps the turbos efficiency. Meaning it will spool a little quicker, and flow a little better. Its a great free upgrade. I would suggest to you, that you practice porting on the turbo you take out of your car. Do a search on porting, there will be some very detailed threads on doing this.

LOL thanks guys i have 2 turbos i can practice on bought one from a kid on here and he screwed me for 430 bucks! so i might as well get my moneys worth

i think ill leave that to the pros ill give it some practice i guess but i dont think i have the confidence to do it on my own!

Well, you will never learn otherwise if you dont atleast try it. But first you should have the proper tools. Do you?

yeah it says to use an air die grinder got one, i didnt really read into it just scaned it over but im sure if i read it there isnt much to it, if i do port it do i need to buy different gaskets or anything
