i'm tired of getting used turbos and running them for about a week before they crap out, I have pretty bad luck

so i've been looking up a couple different ways i can go about buying a new turbo

my first out was the forced performance evo 16g which is $550 shipped

recently my friend showed me the bullseye turbo line up and how they are a direct bolt up to my 2g ported manifold. I've found a couple for about $600, which is still in my price range of what i'd spend on that 16g, and i was wondering if this upgrade would be worth the extra money. I don't want to spend more then $650 on my turbo but i want something that i can make power on. should i go with the 16g or would bullseye be worth the extra bucks?

heres the link to the site with the bullseye turbos
Garrett, Bullseye Power, Precision Turbochargers

not that i don't trust the people on this site, but if i'm buying a used turbo i want to have a physical contact with him incase he sells me a faulty product

i ended up going with the 16g with an external wastegate setup

Not used.....rebuilt.

....and in seven years, probably over 400 rebuilds at this point, I've not left one customer unsatisfied to my knowledge despite only meeting less than 1% in person- but if you choose to shake hands with everyone you conduct business with, then I suppose that's your business. :D

i thought you were just going to be one of his friends, not a wiseman otherwise i would have had no problem with doing an exchange

it just easier face to face because if they rip you off you know where they live
i'm out 6 bills because of online transactions with crap parts
