Napa was all out of 10W-30 mobil one, but I saw 15W-50 and it said great for super charged and turbocharged vehicles. The front of the bottle also says something about performance driving formula. I picked it up because there wasn't anything else. I was just wondering if thee is anybody else using this oil or has used it before, and if you liked it or not.

I dropped in 20W50, and when driving hot, my turbo lag increased by quite a bit. Dropped it back to 10W30 on the next change, and it went back to slapping me in the back of the head.
Turbos don't like molasses for oil.

Remember, the second number is what the additives set the oil up to be when driving hot.. the first number is mostly just for cold starts. So 20W50 is fine in an NA engine in a warm-hot climate, but can make for very hard starts where it snows... 5W30, you want to avoid Death Valley like the plague, and make sure your coolant is good if you live in sunny southern California or Arizona. But you'll be fine on snow days.

I was talking to my buddy about oil after we heard my haggard lifter tick, he asked what i ran in it, and i told him syn blend 10w40. He said use 20w50 conventional, you have to change it more often cuz of burnoff but it will probably stop the little leak that i have and it protects well. I was going to get some 15w50 but saw that it was fully syn, naturaly for the newer mobil oils, but i just wanted to know if it would be about the same with the slow oil leak i have or if it would possibly do what some 20w50 conventional would do and maybe stop the leak because of the heavier weight, but then i thought its still syn. and very fine so I just wanted to get some comments on what everybody thought. And i would like to hear from anybody who has been running 20w50 conventional or Mobil 1 15w50.

Thanks
