15 psi and car stops making boost

i started driving today after making adjustments last night because my car wouldnt exceed 12 psi. well now at 15 psi the car does the same. im curious if its fuel cut or if its just getting too much fuel. itlle hit 15 psi and bogg down but if i stay on it, it will pass 15 but still bog down. I also thought the previous owner installe a fuel pump since its very loud even inside the car. And the car has 1000 cc injectors. am i wasting my time trying to figure this out?

im sure he had some sort of tuning method. also the car has a pedestal mounted inside of the car, and ive seen cables that look as if they go to a laptop. the pedestal has a rectangular dock on the top of the pedestal.

And you're sure the car has no current tuning solution then? Have you opened up the ECU to see what's inside?

Kind of sounds similar to what happens to me, if I gradually accelerate no problem but if I WOT and boost builds my car shakes and bogs. From what I heard last time could be a boost leak. Would make sense if its really fuel cut since its based on airflow.

The chip in the car is just a written one for the injectors and "no lift to shift".

well i put e85 in and the car runs excellent. what is my next step?

hey Morris what 1000cc you talking about? i have stock injectors and only controll I have is not good but apexi asfc2, I'm trying to match the output of the importtuner powerpage for the talon awd 1992 300hp or so and they have no loggin tool right. with their setup and Fmic 320awhp would work

You had another thread that said you have 1000cc injectors.

well some more trouble came my way today. I set up a day to have a dyno and tune session. However just today the car was on Empty. And as i was stuck in traffic trying to make my way to the gas station (only one in my city with e85) the car started to putt real bad and felt as if it was missing again. Almost like i fouled the plugs. So i pulled in andfilled up. Then picked up some new plugs and after install it started doing the same thing. First i checked the spark to all the cylinders and it was good. Then checked for obvious vacuum leaks and found nothing. lastly I pulled the fuel filter out and inspected. Some resistance while blowing through it.
Also i noticed while my friend was giving the car gas that one of the injectors had a loud tick. So maybe they are on their way out or in need of a cleaning.

I'm not too familiar with e85, but is that the stock fuel filter? From what I've read, the stock paper filter will be eaten away by e85. Correct me if I'm wrong by any means.

I'm not sure, but i'm guessing this one is on its way out.

Change the fuel filter e85 can't be run with the stock paper one.

Well i changed the fuel filter and its still doing it. The one that was in the car previously was not the paper one. But the one i just installed was. Either way its not the filter. The paper one would have still at least allowed it to get fuel to the injectors and allow the car to run smoother. My next guess would be a bad 02 sensor. my check engine light is on so im going to have to get it scanned. Other then that im out of ideas. Any suggestions gentlemen? Should i put 91 octane in and see what happens? Or should i get the car scanned and replace the 02 sensor if that is what the lights on for?
