14b with 16g hotside

I searched but didnt find the exact answers im looking for, i just recently bought a 14b with 16g hotside to put on my 97gst, its gonna be my dd. Im already planning on a walbro 255,

My questions are.

What injectors will be best?
Do i need to get a different o2 housing that'll mate up to it better?
Do i need arp head studs? (i do plan on maxing this turbo out)

If you plan on maxing it out get no less than 660cc injectors. Preferably more. Arp head studs are a nice insurance but IMO I don't think needed for a 16g.

yes it will

Most people will suggest a good ported 2g o2 is your bet for most MHI turbos.

14b is rated at 405cfm so

405cfm x .07 = 28lbs/min

With the bigger 7cm hotside it should prlly flow around 33 tops, according to this i would go with 650's to be safe but you can get away with 580's. Youll need to rewire your fuel pump as well to handle the increased fuel demands needed to push 33lbs a minute. as far as o2 you can just port an oem one or run an evo3 o2 but an evo3 o2 will position the downpipe at a weird angle, ive never tried it myself. You shouldnt need ARP headstuds to max out a 14b, shouldnt even need them for a 16g, youll need them once you have a 20g pushing more then 24lbs of boost though.

all you really need is a new oil feedline and a j pipe, the t25 waterlines can be bent and the drain line is fine.
