Well I decided to go ahead and make my own thread instead of posting results in the other guys. I did a boost leak test and O MY GOSH. I had a good couple of leaks.
One big one was one where my stock fpr connects to a nipple on the manifold. well where the hose connects to the manifold it was very loose. I couldn't even pressurize the intake before it would hiss. I mean soon as i started in the down motion it hissed. so i fixed that one
Then i had one where a hose was cracked on another nipple but by the throttle body
Another was the boost gauge hose.
I had to stop here before i couldn't pressurize the hoses anymore cause me and my friends arm was tired so i put everything back together boy was there a difference in power. First gear my tires jump and slams hard to second by that time i had to slow down (residential area)it reaches full boost at about 4 - 4 1/2grand and there are diffenately more leaks i could hear just couldn't keep the pipes pressurized to find them (tires arms). I'm going to buy an electric air pump tomorrow and do it again. O yeah I don't know if i said it already but no shaft play up, down, in, out, side to side. and my turbo isn't loud anymore (leak from fpr was what was making the sound).
