i had a14b with some shaft play, and it leaked from the clam, so i left on my ported exhaust housing of the turbo, and just hooked up a "cold side" that was new, and had zero shaft play, hoping that this would stop my oil leak, but it didnt. i clamped the clamp back on, and i still am dripping a good 10 drops, when i let my car sit, and who knows how much when it's boosting. is there some type of exhaust housing seal, that i might need? what do i ahev to do to make it stop leaking, and why is it doing it.

from what i can understand, you have an oil leak coming from your turbo. did you change out your centersection? if you did your oil feed line may be leaking. if this is not correct please explain your problem, i can't really understand what you did.

i left the exhaust housing on the car, hooked up a whole new turbine housing, but it is leaking from the clamp, where the to halfs of the turbo connect, not the oil return line, unless it's clogged. is there some type of gasket, or something, that seals the turbo, or is the clamp it, i matched up the pin with the hole, and put the clamp on really tight, but still elaking

By whole new turbine housing do you mean a used one?
There should not be any oil leaking from that area of the turbo. Are you smoking out the exhaust?
Is your valve cover leaking onto the turbo?

not the valve cover, no its not a new turbo, but it's in fine shape, oil is dripping from the clampp on te turbo

my only suggestion that it is leaking from somewhere other than that clamp, but it is flowing to the clamp where you see it. there is no oil being sealed by that clamp.

It's either coming from the exhaust runners, the oil feed line, or the valve cover. Not the clamp.

it seemed to be the oil return line, is there alot of oil pressure in the turbo under boost, would that cause it to squirt it out, cuz the way it looked, it seemed lik it was doing a little more than driping, but i put some gasket maker on it, and cleaned out the return line, waiting for it to dry, hoping it will stop leaking : )

It's leaking with the car off and on or just on under boost?

if its leaking from the turbo itself I suggest taking it apart and inspect all the seals that you touched last time.

If its on and leaking under boost, your PCV valve could be stuck and boost pressure will shoot a lot of oil back into intake track.

Pictures would be very helpful to diagnose

Remove your exhaust manifold, if there are no signs of oil before the turbine housing, the leak is most likely coming from the turbo seal.
