It all looks to be TRANSMISSION fluid leaking from the Power Steering line, I am not sure b/c I'm a N/T guy, but the line MAY run over or above it on the backside and leaking on it. You need to clean it all up and begin to track it from the line back....

Any other angle would be helpful, But it looks like either feed or return line from the turbo that is leaking from either, i know there is a gasket or an o-ring that can with time can be eaten up and needs to be replaced. Or a possible crack from the line itself, if the HEAT gets too it with time. Hope this helps!:thumb:

That is power steering fluid leaking on the power steering pump. The mess on the transmission and on the turbo/front of the block is antifreeze. Go to the local carwash, let the engine cool off and power wash everything. Make sure you take the air filter off and stuff a rag in the intake tube or whatever you prefer to keep water from entering your intake tube. Start it back up and let it idle while you search for where it's leaking. Be careful not to keep the power washer to close to anything for long periods of time and stay away from the coil pack as much as possible. It's ok to get it wet just don't soak it LOL. Hope this helps.

That looks an awful lot like oil leaking on that water pipe instead of coolant. Coolant usually doesn't build up like that. Seems like the valve cover gasket is probably leaking.
