Whats up guys. Names Jt and I'm new to dsm's. I come here with a question.

I'm currentlly building a twin turbo kit for a friend using 2 stock t-25's. Here's the thing...He say they are t-25 but all of my research from looking for exhaust flange dump tells me this turbo is a 14b and not a t-25.

Will someone PLEASE confirm if these turbo's are 14b's or t-25's???

When I tried to buy the t-25 flange all I could find were 5 bolt dump flanges. Took a guess and tried 14b and got what I was looking for.

Here is a link....Pictures by timjs1018 - Photobucket

save yourself the trouble and junk the t-25s smallest i would go would be the 14b. but if you are looking for better gains and dont mind spending a little more i recomment the td06 16g turbo. with those and e85 could go a long way...

There is a guy running tt twin scoll evo III big 16's on his v6 stang. You can see the car on youtube. His screen name is punypony.

There was another guy with this same exact setup that went 10.99 @ 127mph stock motor from tb to oilpan in another v6 stang on 17psi.

I'm probablly going with 16's on my car as well. Anybody want to buy a procharger d1scLOL

Didn't see an answer about your exhaust flange bolting up to the turbos in your pictures, so...
no, the T3 flange is more rectangular where the Mistu T-25's in the picture has a Mistu flange which is circlular with the bolts on a square bolt pattern.

Do I need to buy the 14b/16g flanges off of ebay for these turbo's to bolt up?

If someone can link me to the correct inlet flanges I would greatlly appreciate it.

:rocks:

Either you need to cut off the flange presently welded to your header and use the one linked in other post or get an adapter flange. Adapter flange is thick and will move the turbo placement 1/2 to 3/4 inches from no adapter. Hahn Race craft sell the adapter you would need if you choose this route. Personally I would change the flange.
"Mounting Plate, HRC Super and Garrett T-3 turbo to factory manifold: An effective solution to using turbos larger the stock turbine housing type. This mounting plate is tapped for eight 3/8-16 studs: four to attach plate to factory turbo exhaust manifold, four to attach turbo to plate (see Super Turbo hardware section for correct studs). Affords extra turbo clearance by lowering turbo .500" to move it away from water pipe on engine front.

Part number in quote, picture on their website. At work got to go.

I've got an 89 gt as well. I'd like to swap in and build a TT 4.2l v6 track car out of it one day.

And the shelby cobra wasnt introduced into a fox body stang until '93:)
