Hey guys Just got back from Epping last night and was pretty happy with my run. Had crazy knock and like 4 deg of timing through the whole run but a good baseline for what is to come of the project.

Here is all that is done to the car!
1993 Tsi AWD automatic 80k orig miles.
new big 16g turbo and 2g mani
hacked air box w/ k&n
manual boost controller had it set at 17psi-18psi
2.5 inch turbo back no-cat 2 mufflers
used 93 octane and 2 gal of 104 totaled 1/4 tank
car weighs probably 3400 roughly
225-50-16 tires at 33psi



On this run I did have that bad knock but my o2 volts were at .86, I guess I should put those 550cc injectors in now and the front mount, All in all I was happy with the performance from what I have done but not safe to run the car like this at all. any advise would come appreciated!!!

Next mods are the, Injectors ,5spd cams ,poss converter ,the front mount and alc-injection.

Also look into a Larger Fuel pump...those injectors,Front mount with a 255lbFuel pump you should be running great. Good Luck man.

I am going to put the pump to just forgot to mension it, nice catch. Also going to remove the pointless rear seat and some misc. stuff to reduce weight, (like a diet for the driver too).Any suggestions on a set of cams other than the 5spd ones? also should I use my valve springs too?
