Hey guys just went to the track this Friday and made a

Second Run I knew I could have gone in the High 14s I just didn't good in my reaction. Oh I ran it with 14 psi on the 14b. Also my transmission doesn't not shift good it revs then shifts I need a rebuilt on the tranny. Can you guys tell me why my 60ft are at the 2.4's while i see most of you in the 2.2's?

Reaction time has NOTHING to do with your 1/4 mile time.

Yeah Canadian TSi is correct. When you trip the beams is when your time will start. You could sit at the line for 20 seconds, then go and till run a 9 sec pass(if your car is a 9 sec car ).

Are you all brake boosting off the line?? I know with the stock tranny you are not going to cut outragous 60ft's or have super great shifts but I 2.460ft seems kinda rediculous. What is the stock torque converter stall set at??

When I was running the stock converter and tranny, I was stalling it at 3500-3700. I was getting 1.8 60' times. But that isn't possible for a relitively stock car.
