What's being done with the side mirror, sunroof and hatch? Car looks sick! What size are the wheels?

15x6.5 Traklites wrapped in 235/60 ET Streets. Mirrors are having carbon block-offs made for them. Sunroof has a fiberglass blockoff being made for it. The hatch is just down having the holes filled and repainted.

About the blitz kit, hell ya, I love the low sides and rear. The front however :|

while the hatch is off..carbon fiber/lexan *cough cough* LOL

keep up the good work man.
keep us updated

how much did the wheels run you?

Ever heard a stutterbox before?? ;)

Oh and to everybody else, I'm having some technical difficulties with the car. Everything was wired and the car was mechanically finished, turned on ignition power and the MSD wanted to fire ALL the time. Checked over dip switches and wiring, everything was correct. I threw in the stock transistor pack to see if it was the MSD. Well with the stock transistor pack in I couldn't get it to fire at all turning over the CAS by hand. There must be something messed up with the CAS wiring or something. It doesn't seem like the car is getting a signal to fire the coils or injectors. On a good note, my brakes come in today :D

O Lord, the car is gorgeous.

Hmm, what brake kit to fit under the 15"? BTW, I'm digging the 15's.

Question for ya..What are you using for the insulation (radiator hose, I/C pipe, intake)? Thermo-tec?

Are those metal zip ties?

Thanks.

Going triple here...... :rocks: :rocks: :rocks:

Same thing here. I mean I don't have MSD but I just did a big engine swap and upgraded everything under the sun and now it seems like i'm not getting any spark and I have checked the CAS coil pack and some other stuff but no doe. Let me know what it turns out to be for you and i'll do the same maybe we can give each other idea we haven't checked :thumb:

I figured out what it was on my setup. I hadn't given 12v power to one of the pins on the ecu, pin 82 to be exact, and apparently it grounds a whole bunch of stuff when it sees 12v. The brakes are Brakemans, which are absolutely gorgeous BTW. I'll post a pic of them up shortly, off and on the car.

Oh, it's just dryer ducting heat wrap from Lowes, and they are just plain old zip ties. Nothing fancy here, just stuff that works. People need to concentrate on that more often.

Not to poke fun...but you have all autometer gauges in a custom dash setup with a compeltely repainted engine bay and a coil on plug setup etc etc...I couldn't imagine you saying something like that :p :thumb:

edit: Just saw something I might have missed...Is there going to be a filter inline somewhere in that "Lowes" intake setup? Or is your turbo going to be saying hello to his little rock friends soon?

Sorry!<!?>@!?> I missed a couple of posts in a 9 page thread!<!! My fault. Question answered now :thumb:

Well maybe I like things to be pretty, but my whole setup is actually really simplistic. So shoot me. Here's some pics of the brakemans.....

And coil on plug makes power...That's why I have it just for the record.

I guess every little bit of power you can get to make it faster without race gas or meth is neccessary!

But come on...you're spoiling yourself with those brakes now aintcha!?! ;)

Drew you are running the MSD with COP right? What do you plan to gap the plugs to? I have recently pulled my COP off that I purchased from Nate because of huge misfire and plugs having to be gapped down to .26....although I have no CDI right now I plan in the future to run one which are you using the MSD 2 or 4?

2 high output. My COP always worked fine *shrugs*. We'll see how it does. I always had my plugs gapped at 28. And as far as the brakes go, those rotors weigh 3.5lbs a piece and my Baers weighed 26-28, something like that. I'm hardly spoling myself, I'm just trying to go fast ;). And here's a pic of my g/f modeling my seat, harnesses, and brakes, all by her request .

Are you springing the extra $1k for the rear setup from Brakeman? I guess you have a welded diff though, so balance and cornering isnt your first priority :p

But good call on the Schroth! and THANK GOODNESS you are keeping everything black. Looking good so far!

When are you going to be installing those extremely lightweight brakes eh eh??

Just make sure you keep them things watered or they will warp LOL

LOL, damn you graphic designers. That's awesome Rich. :thumb:

WRX19, I understand about jumping on that bandwagon. I just wanted to give you shit. She's the one that wanted to do it, so hey, I'm not gonna complain.
