What you would need:
(10) ARPAR4.400-1LB (Studs)
(1 pk) ARP200-8534 (Washers)
(1 pk) ARP300-8334 (Nuts)
This is what I bought - you can get it all from Summit for about $120.
Your machinist would need to tap the block out to 1/2-13 in. threads, or use time certs (or equivalent). I think I remember my machinist doing the necessary work for well under $50. These are a cheap insurance policy for running big boost!
