I have a couple of questions regarding 02 readings on a 1g (with 8.5:1 compression if that matters.) Is it normal to see registered voltage on the logger with the key on? (engine not running, and having sat for about 7 hours) Also, I'm getting crazy knock under boost ~3000rpm and up, while still seeing around .94v from the 02. Could this be rich knock, or could it be and affect of the higher than stock compression with aggresive timing maps? Thanks.

Any time that you play with the timing you could see engine knock. It could be because your rich, but do you have an SAFC, or EGT gauge or a dsmlink or some sort of device that can help you read the a/f ratio?

I have no tuning devices installed as of yet. I retarded the base timing about three degrees for a small margin of safety. I pulled the o2 sensor just the other day, and the tip and internals were bright white. I did a little research and it turns out that the sensor was "poisoned" as a result of non-02 sensor safe silicone (which is on just about every gasket on the motor.) Two Densor sensors are enroute at the moment. I had no idea that silicone with no specifications on the package/tube regarding possible sensor reaction was, in fact, harmful to the o2. Oh well, lesson learned. Thanks for the response.
