How is this build going? It's been a couple years since the last update. Hopefully it's been to the track by now.

I’m sure if you’ve continued with the building you’ve already ran into this or know about it but I would also suggest before the pan is installed to apply rtv to the turbo drain plate that has the studs on it because I’ve had issues with the oil leaking out the threads on the studs

Yep, my Moroso pan totally leaks at that location! Not alot, but enough to be a nuisance. I’m planning to pull the oil pan this winter so I’ll try the silicone when the time comes, thanks!

I’ve done all of the work already, so I’m in a good place. Currently driving it here and there easy on a “base tune” to rack up maybe 500 miles to break in the new clutch, then going to set up an appointment with my tuner Dave Katz to get this fresh 2.3L motor/FP3052 dyno tuned on flex fuel. I’ve got a bunch of stuff going on at the moment, so my goal is just to have it track/autocross ready next season, I’m in no particular rush.

Th car has an alignment that I did using strings on my not-so-flat driveway, so I also needs a proper alignment done.

Today, I did some leisure back road driving this afternoon and finally decided to wash the car for the first time since I bought it and started building it like 5 years ago. Chris, your old set of Team Dynamics wheels I got on my cleaned up real nice! Overall, she don’t look too bad!
