Small thing. Wired up some slim Spal fans to a 1G rad, getting it ready for install. I used the pigtails from the stock fans and wired them in accordingly, and had my fab guy move the bottom posts to align correctly with the 2G chassis.

Almost in the paint booth. Almost.

Looks good, now get it off the stand and in the car . Do you remember what you used for the engine stand bolts to the engine? Length, grade, did you use washers etc

I don't know the numbers off the top of my head but I think I just took the stock transmission bolts, went to a hardware store and grabbed something an inch longer. Don't take that as gospel though. I'm pretty sure there's a thread if you search because that's where I got the info.

Took my OEM motor mounts and had them vapor blasted. Night and day, love it.

Getting everything situated. Got lucky and found an engine crane on marketplace for $140, did the Competition Clutch pivot ball and clutch fork along with an oem TOB. Also threw in some axle seals at the recommendation of a buddy. Going to drop the engine soon so I can put the clutch and flywheel on, then bolt up the transmission and get ready to get the car back.

Got the motor off the stand. Super exciting moment that I get to throw the flywheel and clutch on soon.

FIBA stainless starter plate and ACT flywheel installed tonight with the help of my brother. Decided to go a different route with the clutch install so that may have to wait.

While I'm waiting I picked up some OEM floor mats from jersygsx here on the forums. They were a bit dirty so I hit them with the Bissell extractor with the oscillating head. Good enough for the girls I go with.
