yeah i thought it was maybe the idler pully but i changed that so im not sure

Pop the hood and take the video from the passengers side looking at the motor
It could be a timing belt tensioner or idler pulley, or it could be the water pump, it could even be a bad alternator
To find the conclusive answer you need to remove the alternator, ac and power steering belt and starting the motor. If the noise is gone with all the accessory belts removed, install them individually to see if the alternator, or ac compressor, or power steering pump have failed
If the noise is still present with all of the accessory belts removed then we can presume that the timing belt system is the cause of the noise
