I bought my 97 monarch green GSX about 3years ago. About 1 year ago my battery terminal came lose and disconnected. Well after reconnecting it, I had a crank no start unless I unplugged the MAF.

With the MAF unplugged the car runs but poorly idles almost as if it’s running in a limp mode. I know for a fact the cars running DSMLink v2 and I believe the battery disconnecting affected that in some way but I’m not 100% sure.

Could anyway help me with any suggestions.solutions?

If you have the cable you just need to go to ECMTuning's web site and download the client software. https://www.ecmtuning.com/downloads.php

The 2G DSMLink V2 would loose it's tune if the ECU lost battery voltage so you'll need to find an old log or start from scratch. You might also think about upgrading to ECMLink V3 to get access to the new features and not loose the tune again in the future.

Thankyou very much 🙏
