My Brother bought a car from a friend that was running when parked 15 years ago.

It has a fully built Slowboy Racing engine. He drained the tank of old fuel, put new fuel pressure regulator, new fuel filter, new plugs, new wires, gapped the plugs at 18, bought 1200 cc injectors from fic, done compression tests, vacuum leak tests, and everything is perfect and now the car runs super lean.

Just trying to find information or to where to go forward with the information given?
 
What size injectors were in it before you replaced them? If it was tuned for larger injectors than 1200's I would think that would make it run lean?
 
True. It could have also been on another fuel. It just might have a issue though. Did you clean the fuel filter after all of that again to make sure after running?

Yes also 2 new sets of plugs and re checked everything 2 more times and even used my smoke machine and no leaks on that end

There are so many unknowns here. What tuning solution? Why would you put in 1200s if that's not what it had? Does it idle? What leads you to believe its lean? Did you run a boost leak test? A smoke test is not a boost leak test.

Car had fic1050s and tuned on V3 ECM Link and has a FP Green hybrid Turbo just put slight bigger injectors in cause the car when it ran and was dynoed at 437 awhp and still would run rich to lean and the air fuel gauge would say 10 afr in boost 25 lbs then would lean pop that's why he replace the fuel injectors because the car did sit for a very long time and figured updating them would help the situation with the car technically should have had bigger injectors in the first place

Sounds to me like you need someone to actually tune the car or attempt it yourself if you know ECMLink.
