Just chiming in as I never received a hood I paid for and now his Instagram is down and he’s not responding to me. Before this I never had an issue as I’ve ordered a lot of stuff but it’s been radio silence for over two weeks now from them and I’m out a hood and they have my money.

Short story is a skid arrived with 3 things. 2 where there and an empty box for a hood was on the skid.

Sorry man hit up Juan at carbon meister in Denver. He's sending a hood days any day now. He new dsms I got the first one coming . Im sending pics soon 3 months.

I sold all of my Carbonetics pieces and bought from Simone in Italy.

Has anyone reach out to this guy to see if he wants to become a sponsored/supporting vender? I don't have insta otherwise I would.

Been dealing with Carbonetics for a hood I purchased in July of 2024. Emails are never responded to when I send them. The only way I've been able to get in contact was through Instagram DM. He told me he was working on my hood and was shipping it out soon. This was back in June of 2025 and I have yet to receive a hood.

Might as well ask for a refund. I'm on the same boat at the same time frame. I have a feeling we both won't be getting out products. I've been so patient I never bother the guy. Maybe contact him every 8 months to check and I get the same respond he's working on it. I'm at that breaking point. I'm asking for a refund very soon.
