Noticed that carbonetics Instagram page is missing and i haven't been able to get a hold of them in a week or so. I had a hood go missing during transport from them and they were supposed to file a claim/refund me but i haven;t been able to reach anyone or get a resolution on the problem.

Your best bet is to do your best no one here has ordered for a while for good reasons.

I stand corrected i had a few people ask about him and no response this was some time ago though. Im not sure how they were trying to contact him though.

I wish you the best of luck with your replacement/refund. I’ve heard nothing but bad about this company and its owner. Do a chargeback on your card?

I’ve been trying for over two weeks now to reach them anyway possible. Also trying a chargeback at this point, was hoping it didn’t come to this considering I’ve supported them and bought a lot even when people bad mouthed them

It seems he comes through at times and others no. Just rolling the dice.

I ordered over 3k in parts 2.5 years ago and never got anything not even a contact about my parts.
