thats what i gotta tell myself everyday i dont know how others sell it i couldnt id just pay someone to finish it who knows what they are doing so i can finally enjoy it after so long i wouldnt be to mad i did 100% of the work still. i learned alot. had some fun. appreciate it tho ima get there! ill be posting vid of it boosting i promise it!
 
Mine just always had a small leak on the timing. Side of the pan. And then it just got worse to the point where it was making literal puddles. These would work pretty well if there was a steel core in them, I think. But I just went back to RTV and haven't had any issues since. It's definitely a pain to pull it but worth it to me.
yeah thats why i went with the silicon in the first place not having to deal with the rtv
 

well men and more men. it does run. i still gotta put the belts on, coolant, hit it with a timing light. a boost leak test and then see what happens. although when it was running it was still smoking out the exhaust. and the turbo is still leaking barley but its there 🙄 brand new turbo btw. hopefully ill figure it out, if i have to replace that turbo gasket that hopefully isnt to hard.
