Since you are running ECMLink posting a log would be helpful. I assume you double checked the timing belt to make sure nothing changed there.

Timing off a tooth?

I found my problem my tune got corrupted and erased everything. Battery was never disconnected during installation of timing belt, head studs it died I put a charge on it while it was hooked up and system must have gotten a power surge. Thank you for all your suggestions. Vehicle was returned today and back to normal
