So I idle at 14.7 normally which is normal for my car I'm told. I do have a wideband and ecm link. I went to adjust my maf comp sliders which I did correctly however I can't get my ecm link to take the changes. I run 9.9 AFR at like 1800hz and its just so rich maybe there's someone who can explain this and how I can't better adjust it.

We dont want to see the screenshot of the log, we need to see the actual datalog. Post the file of it.
I messed with the maf sliders after that and I used the WB factor to dial the AFR so what in but when I went to apply the changes to the car nothing happened so I'm not sure how else to make it run leaner because it's running do rich its blowing piles of carbon down the exhaust

LOL, you have mafcomp disabled as if you're using speed density. you have to uncheck that for the sliders to work.

you also have to uncheck "disable airflow smoothing with SD operation" on the misc tab.

did you get this ecu/link used and the previous owner was on SD ?

i edited my post and added some more info. not sure if you saw it.
Yes it was used never any big changes made through it I know the guy personally. I'm relatively new to ecm link so any pointers are greatly appreciated

the 2nd log doesn't appear to have any changes from the first log. after your changes in the ecu config, you have to hit the "save to ecu" button at the bottom right corner of the screen in order for the changes to take effect.

Asy,
Save this file to your desktop, open it up in ecmlink, connected to car, key on, engine off. when the file is open, at the bottom left of the screen click "save all to ecu".

I changed a few pages so this will upload all the changes with just one click.

We would then have to address the DA tables, which stock will have you running very rich (target wot afr's are in the mid/high 9s).

I can modify those tables too and send them to you, if you let me know what fuel you are using.

so thanks to your help I was able to smooth it out and make it work somewhat. I'm going to try the setting you gave me as well but I'm definitely able to make the changes now thank you so much

So what should be my target aft ratios per rpm or what should I stay in between I would think like 14.7 all the Way down to like 11.5 or so right?
