if anyone knows where this wire goes it help alot, not sure whats it for or what it is even called. Not even sure if i need it or not.

its a sealed wire that just bolts somewhere not sure where but looks like some sort of ground, im having a problem rn with no fuel i test injectors on ms3 i dont feel/hear clicks
its wired up to jus control fuel dont know if that wire would cause injectors to not work or if i have some incorrect settings.

Just a retainer. These are used is several places to hold the wiring harnesses from bouncing around.

Your MegaSquirt problem isn't related to this.
