Oil cap seal. Mine is doing the same thing. FYI EVO-8 cap is a perfect replacement and much better quality, or you can "double up" on the seal.

If you base fuel pressure is 43.5 and your vacuum at idle is about 17inhg and your boost pressure at the time was 12.5 psi that would be right on.
- Could you not use another ball joint as a replacement for the closest fender bolt and nix the bracket altogether? The hood wouldn't open as far if it's already at max rod travel on your setup but.. is there something else preventing such a setup?
Extreme lowered cars with “stance”, i.e. so much negative camber the tires are riding on the inside edge of the tire. How fu$@ing dumb is that!? Like in what way does it make sense? Maybe I’m just daft, if so please educate me.-

That's where mine used to leak. Changed the gasket to a new soft one and still did but not as much. Retensioned the spring clip on the bottom of the cap and the combination fixed it.
