That is unreal, you are very talented aaron.

Approximately how many manifolds did it take for you to perfect your skill ?
Thanks. I think I'm far from perfected it though. Still learning and getting better. I believe I've made 6 or 7 manifolds now.

What about the other two runners?
Started to add one today.

That's the only pic I've got of it. I've made a few different ones, I like this one the best. Angle changes depending on collector height, 11-13 degrees generally.

What diameter is the larger pipe? And how is that mounted to the saw?
My bandsaw is small, it's a karma one. I still need to fix the vice on it.

It's welded to that steel plate you can see in the pic. I don't recall off hand the inside diameter of the tube. I have both of harbor freights bandsaw's, they work great once you ditch the blades they come with.

Aaron,

I built my first manifold, which is located in the thread below, it would be wonderful, if you could spare a couple of minutes, to comment/critique some of the things that I have done during the creation of the manifold, since you have a vast knowledge of material science and fabrication. It would be a great oppurtunity for me to learn through your eyes.

Thanks for your consideration in advance.

Guys I'm doing a -8 bung on my sending unit, does it matter if the hole is centered with the bung as long as the whole hole is in there?

Well this is my own, i wouldnt think there is a problem if the hole is off ce tered as long as it's inside the bung. I'm keeping the oem connection below

Pic 1 and two denote what I'm talking about. Someone let me knownif thats okay!! And quick! I wanna weld it up!

One down one to go, waiting on input for the big one, small one has some gas pockets so i made sure to autogenously get them out and grind down a bit to be positive. I used a weave
