I have 97 Eclipse GS 420A

i bought it a week or so ago

im 17 years old, turbo was out of the question due to my insurance being around 3,500 a year, and seeing how i have to pay for everything my self. I still wanted to get a car i could have some fun with and afford.

So far i have a Short ram air intake
CAT BACK Exhaust (MagnaFlow)
Stainless steel exhaust manifold


After doing some research it looked like the AF/X ECu would be the cheapest/easy mod next since its plug and play

but im still wondering how much HP will it add, some people said 20, some said up to 44?

can someone give me there experience with this? and whats your opinion on it.

from what i read for a good while it was only avaiable for the year 97 (which i have) but now its avaiable for all years it looks like.
