some guy on 2gnt used a Mopar neon performance ecu on his car. he said some things like the A/C didnt work anymore, but it worked. i dunno, you could go look at that thread, havent seen it in a while tho. its in the Engine performance page in teh engine management sub forum. im not sure how it turned out, or how well it worked

All I know is that the ECU's differed from year to year on the 2GNT. Do a search on something like "420a ECU" you should be able to find some info.

Yeah, i actually went over to 2gnt site and did some searching. Doesn’t sound like it will work, that's too bad. Damn Howell, I can't understand why they don't make them for our year. I mean, I see that guy always say "well if we would sell more for the 97 we might look into making one..." I mean, that's garbage, how many people actually have 97's verus's 98 - 99. Not that many I am sure…comparably.
