I got a great deal on one of those Tsudo 3" catbacks. It looks sweet but I'm wondering if it's supposed to look like this (look at the pics). The hangers seem rather odd and I'm not sure if I'll be able to bolt this onto my car.

Can anybody who has this exhaust tell me if everythings is the way it's supposed to be and if the hangers are placed correctly??? Thx :dsm:

Is THis the Exhuast system you can buy on ebay? I was wondering how this exhuast would be for my 97 Gst... Bolt up ease and sound... Your kit doesnt look bad.

It'll fit. It looks weird because this one goes over the rear axle. Most aftermarket exhausts just go under. I included a pic so you can visualize, match the colors.

I guess you're right. I just hope I won't be having any problems installing it. Thx :thumb:

Yes everything is fine with it. I had the same exhaust on my old 95 GST. It fits perfectly! Anyway, if you havent looked yet the stock exhaust hangers are held on the same way Tsudo did theres, with bolts going through the mount then to the actual metal pieces that are welded to the pipes. I would highly suggest bringing a piece of your exhaust into an auto store and buying about 8 brand new 1 1/2" long bolts that will thread into the hangers because i broke every single one of my stock ones installing the exhaust from corrosion. One other side note is that when you go to put the rear section on the flange is a VERY tight fit over the rear axle so your going to have to get it at just the right angle and push with all your might or jerk it through, or beat it through LOL. Either way once you get the flange over the rear axle and put the bolts into the hangers from the muffler part the midpipe and the rest bolt up perfectly. Also just to let anyone that needs to know this catback will bolt up to a stock cat, and also a Megan Racing 3" downpipe :thumb:

I have the same exhaust on my car right now. I didnt install it myself because at the time i had no tools or garage available. I paid a local exhaust guy $25 and he did it in about 15 mins. Fit like a glove and I LOVE IT!

I thought mine was all jacked up. I have the same hangers and everything. Wow. I gotta apologize to them. I didn't say anything bad, but was about to return it. So then we do have to get some bolts? And I tried to run that flange over the rear axle without success, but I didn't know it could actually be done. :dsm:
