I've got an 8 blade HX35 with the bolt on housing and internally gated and it spools like donkey dick!

My profile is current and it don't hit full boost till 5k WTF???

Do a boost leak test?

Hows your wastegate(is it internal?), is it stuck open? Check for leaks pre-turbo(ie manifold cracked or no gaskets).

Make sure your actuator is pre-loaded with enough pressure too

It is an internal with 4 layer metal gasket and a stainless steel manifold to turbo gasket. Boost leak came out fine. I am going to check the gate though to see if it has enough pressure to keep it shut.

Feels nice at 5k when it finally goes from 0 to 20 psi like that!
