Wrong non-cruise throttle cable?

I went to mitsubishi a few days ago to get a non-cruise control throttle cable for my car so I can remove the cruise control.

Here's a picture of what it looked like in their computer catalog (copy and paste links in brower):

notice the bracket to bolt onto the intake manifold.

Does that look right? The part number was MB539374. If it's the right one I'll have to make up a bracket to attatch it to the intake manifold so I can adjust the tension, right?
I've just scoured through 40 pages of search results and I can't find anything.

yep that is it... it is the same one that I ordered.... and it fits.

How am I supposed to adjust the tension with this thing if there's no bracket or anything?
