Would this cable work for GM MAF

Ok, so I was just browsing ebay, and saw this cable. MAF TRANSLATOR GEN 2 MAF ADAPTER ECLIPSE 2G DSM 3000GT : eBay Motors (item 120513627864 end time Mar-04-10 19:04:33 PST) Would it work with my 3" gm maf and link v3 setup?

No. I'm not even sure why/how anyone could use that adapter. The ECMTuning GM adapter cable ($75) has extra circuitry in it to scale the GM MAF Hz down low enough for the ECU to understand it. That cable appears to be just straight through, with no scaling circuit. Most of us ECMTuning distributors have the right cable in stock:

It works perfect along with the v3 Full Version, which has the Native GM MAF Support.
