looks awesome, hey since your all pro @ doing headlight stuff now, do you think you could tell me where the fuse is for the passengar side amber marker light? i click my dimmers on and that one stays off, but i use the blinker and it blinks? So the lights not blown just doesnt turn on with dimmers, eather that or any way to shut the other one off.

I know this sound stupid but do it and you'll see. Yes it happened to me. Take the bulbs out and switch them then you will see that it is not a fuse but the wrong size bulb. There are two bulbs that are almost exactly the same. Hope I was some help to you.

so is the halo the actual low beam? or does it just come on with parking lights? if its the running light how bright is it? so by reading your post the dont use stock DSM bulbs? someone tell me alittle more about these. id love for the halo to be the lo beam. thanks.

so when on by itself does it shine enough to see at nite? just as the real BMW ones do? so the halo is lo beam and hi beam is the halo and the projector i guess? how come they dont have dual halo lights?

they used to have dual. but they stopped production. not sure why.

but yea its built on the low beam projector

i dont think you can see it at night the halo because the light output from the projector is so bright.

go find a ncie flat wall, put your car like twenty feet away from it, the pop your hood take a philips and somewhere where the philips fits and you turn it it will spin a whell on the headlights causing them to raise or lower.

The halo projectors that everyone is talking about are awseome. I can see a hell of alot farther and they look light HID's at night. The halo is on the low beam and no the halo isn't the light for the low beam. The bulbs these headlights use are H1 for the low beam and H3 for the high beam. I put the blue bulbs from Wal-Mart (cyber white) in the sidemarkers because they look blue during the day and show white at night. I also use Silverstar H1 and H3 bulbs in the high's and low's. To install these is easy just cut the wiring harness out of your existing headlights and connect everything together NOCUTTING Except to hook up the halo lights. Just hook the halo lights into the the parking lights. Hope I helped someone with this long post. Later
