I just got my 92 gsx back together after a fresh rebuild and i added a couple externals while i was at it. I started it up for the first time today and it will run for about 5 seconds and stall. I know i have alot of fuel timing ahead but what am i supposed to do if i cant keep it running long enough to change anything.
new mods since rebuild are fuel pressure regulator, apexi s-afc II, maf translator, t3/t4, front mount, apexi bov and hks 272's in with the rebuild. Thanks for any advice

since ur gonna tune it and all im sure u have the idle set high enough? does it just kill like it turned off or does it kindda drop and then die? maybe is it when you let out the clutch? tranny might be stuck in a gear or w/e if u messed with it. or maybe its the stupid piece of crap isc? hope it ends up well.

There are a bunch of causes for an engine to run for a few seconds and die but one pretty common cause is the ECU not keeping the fuel pump running after releasing the starter.

Take a look at this wiring diagram and try grounding pin 7 on the MPI Control Relay to see if the engine keeps running.
