Alright, I searched under vacuum line threads and couldn't find anything that quite described my situation. Need some help here.

I just got done putting my clutch pedal assembly back in, also relocated the battery to the trunk and eliminated my vacuum lines. I went to start the car and it would idle very roughly then die. Exhaust smelled rich. Vacuum on the gauge never went higher than 10. It's usually at 20. I recheck all the vacuum stuff and make sure everything is capped/blocked off, all the electrical plugs are connected, which they were, tried again, and did the same thing. It is throwing a code but I can't get mmcd to hotsync to my logger so I can't even pull the code.

Any ideas? Everything that I can see has been put back together properly. Any help that anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Already did that. Everything was fine. All vaccum ports are capped (except for the FPR which is necessary) and I checked the enging harness and everything is plugged in.

Well, upon further inspection , I came to realize that the cause of all this crap was an error in calculation on my part. Here is the embarassing fact about what happened...when I was drilling a hole through my firewall to run the wire for my battery relocation, I miscalulated where I was drilling and I hit a few wires from the wiring harness, completely severing one, (obviously the white/red one from the ECU to the CAS) which casued all these issues. I spent a majority of sunday upside down under the dash on the passenger side repairing the wires. I am a soldering pro now. So anyway, no need to give me an idiot of the century award as I gave it to myself when I saw what I had done; however if you feel the need to bash me anyway, please feel free to do so. The one good thing I will say about this whole stupid situation is the fact that I learned a great deal about my car and how it works through learning how to elimitae possibilities via deductive reasoning.
