Attempting to get car started after upsizing injectors from 950cc FIC to 1300cc Bosch High Impedance.

Car is tuned via ECUflash and logged via EvoScan. Vehicle ran in the summer of 2025 on the tune and 950cc. Attempted to start this spring and was getting combustion but car would not stay running. Found that injectors were leaking, clogged etc and basically no good. Changed injectors to new 1300cc Bosch High Z.

Car is on SD. During some more diagnosis, I found that my OMNI 4 bar was bad (reading .7bar at KOEO). I swapped to GM 4bar (now reading 1.05bar KOEO). Is the scaling different for these two, or is it the same since they are both 4 bar? I am not able to adjust the SD scaling or tables, as I do not have the XML definitions file for the SD ROM I am currently using and they are not exposed. I am looking to transfer everything to a Tephra SD rom (with proper defintions to expose all SD settings that I have, but I want to get the car idling first if I can.

I am using the FIC injector resistor jumper pigtail for use with the new High Z injectors. I have tried multiple scaling of the injectors from 1250 to 1400. I also have updated the Injector Latency table to below. These were chosen due to the data sheet for the bosch 1300's that was provided when purchased.

V - Ms
4.68 - 3.12
7.03 - 2.3
9.375 - 1.7
11.71 - 1.248
14.06 - 0.93
16.40 - 0.67
18.67 - 0.19

Upon start up, engine will catch and fire for 1-2 seconds then die. Upon review of a log, IPW and IDC go to 0 after car fires up to about 1200-1500rpm.

Attached is a log for an attempted start up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fresh NGK plugs, BLT completed and found to be holding 20psi. Battery cable checked secured and battery is on tender.

Throttle input does not help keep it alive. However with scaling up to 1462, I was able to keep it chugging, but was with heavy throttle input.

I have played with BISS as well to add some more air due to the EVOIII intake manifold, 1g NT TB, FIAV EGR and ISC deleted.

You sure the MPI relay is staying on once it fires up? Have seen this same scenario before. You got a fuel pressure gauge and it builds and holds pressure? Def want to select the map sensor you swapped to on the drop down menu in the map when you can. Should still run though.

I do have a fuel pressure gauge, just not logged in EvoScan at the moment.

Fuel pump setup is Areomotive eliminator that is wired to a controller and switched on manually. So during cranking and start up, fuel pressure is built and is holding at 43-44psi. The car ran with this setup last year.

I'm not sure if MPI is staying on once it fired up. How can I check this?

These may be part of the problem..

However, it says no signal but I am logging RPMs,

And I can attempt to start it after it dies and again it logs the RPMs.
