Won't start?

Ok, so I had bad Valve Spring Seals.

So I bought some new ones, last night me and some guys pull the head, do a shit ton of work, throw the head back on, and earlier today we finished up all the little shit. Go to start my car, all it does it turn over, and over, and over.

So we pulled the spark plugs, and not gettin any spark. So could I just have bad plugs or what?
