Won't shift into 4th and 5th

I installed my clutch and have everything bolted up. I put the shift cables back on and checked and tried shifting the car to make sure everything was right well it won't go into 4th, 5th, and reverse. I tried shifting it directly on the transmission and it seems to be a problem right on the transmission. Please help. Thank you.

My car did the same thing when I put my trans. back in. It ended up being the bracket that holds the cables on the trans case was bound up. I took it off and re-assembled it and it took care of my problems.
