2g Auto won't shift into 4th after battery swap

Yesterday my battery died (left a light on). I was able to get it running again by searching through this site. Blew the 100A Alt fuse as well.

But my car won't shift into 4th. It's an auto and didn't have any problems before my battery drained. I dug through quite a few threads such as: Automatic won't shift into 4th gear help

Is it possible that my SAFCII reset or is messing this up? Also of note, my radio doesn't work and isn't getting power (gauges and cabin lights work. obviously car starts now). I'll check my fuses again

Yes, I checked the OD switch

Well the bat. dieing will reset the Safc, no clue what that would do to the trans. Id say it has to be a bad fuse or relay somewhere. Idk if OD has a relay but some searching could tell you.
