wont build boost or rev passed 3k???

my car ran fine and one rainy day i over boosted and my car died. i started it back up and it idled perfect but it every time i hit the gas it would hit 0 pounds and die. i thought it was a bad boost leak but i checked it and plugged all the leaks. that weird thing is if i very slowly rev it i can get it to 3k and then it will die.
PLEASE HELP!
my cars been sitting in my garage for 3 months. im stumped!

Mmm....I say you likely sucked up a ton of water?

Check the turbo for play, first off. Then check your oil...just for the hell of it.

Sounds like a blown turbo, try swappin one out and see what happens

Does your car just die and shut off? Or does it sputter until you let off the gas?
